Delivery
Most items are in stock and
your order will be shipped out in 2 business days. However, we do ask that
you allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We ship by USPS (Postal Office) priority
mail for small orders (less than $50),. We use UPS Ground for large
quantity orders. Delivery time can take from 1 - 6 business days in the
Continental United States.

Our Guarantee
We take pride in the quality
and value of our product. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with
your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30
days for refund. There is 15% restocking fee. Shipping charge is not
refundable. We will credit your account immediately upon receipt.
Burning
Tips

Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep away from children.

Remove all labels and packaging before lighting.

Trim the wick of the candle to one-quarter inch
every time you light the candle.

Place candle on a sturdy surface or in an appropriate candle holder.

Never place a candle
directly on your furniture.

Light candle in draft free areas. To avoid smoking, do not light in a small, confined area as candles need oxygen.

Burn your pillar candle one hour for every inch of its diameter the first time you light it. This will allow the pool of wax to extend to the outside rim.

Extinguish gel candle once the wick has reach the last 1/4" from the bottom

Place floating
candles in warm water extend the burn time of candle.
